In any Europe Jews are at the top. Muslims replace Latinos because there are practically none. You'd also have to add gypsies around 3.
Jews are defacto at the top of any oppression period to the point where no one even needs to point it out.
Might want to take into account when that 'criticism' is so classified.

But then again, none of this classification applies to those who are not woke. Clarence Thomas ranks below any white man, because he is not obedient.

Difference is that gypsies are hated by literally everyone, left or right.
Just a few recent events off the top of my hat:
A modern art exhibition in Germany (Documenta) had no less than 3 antisemitism scandals this year (all caused by Muslims) which led to MUCH kvetching and canceling of those involved.
German state-run TV frequently has antisemitism scandals because they hire a lot of diversity Muslims. In the end they always get canceled.
When a Muslim threatens a synagogue they immediately get armed police guards and everybody yells "Terrorism!". When Muslims threaten a church they're just poor mentally ill refugees and it gets swept under the rug.
Generally the media and politicans try to suppress those cases of antisemetism but in the end they almost always get too much attention and Jewish outrage wins of muh-poor-Muslim-refugees.
The EU has been pushing a lot of the usual "muh hatespeech" and inventing new terms like antiziganism. And you're no longer allowed to call them gyppos. They're now "sinti and roma".
The left are jumping on that train because every -ism gets them hard. There was a really weird hype around that a couple of years ago.
It might play just a tiny bit differently in Germany of all places, but elsewhere, Jews get attacked on the regular and not one person in the political class cares. Hell, they're fleeing for their lives from Europe. Merkel may accomplish what Hitler hoped to.
