Media have aggressively weaponized all of their own conventions. Shortened headlines, once a necessity of limited print, are now an excuse for removing context. Claiming anonymous sources, a practice once used to protect those sources, is now cover for the fabrication of information. It’s bad faith all the way down now.

In a literal sense it’s college kids that grew up seeing what real journalists did aping them in queer ways to say whatever they want. They also typically put out a provocative and untrue headline that they’ll later edit back after it’s already made the rounds.

Use of archive sites is not only about denying advertising revenue, but also having a permanent record of post-publishing edits.

Yellow journalism and yellow press are American terms for journalism and associated newspapers that present little or no legitimate, well-researched news while instead using eye-catching headlines for increased sales. Techniques may include exaggerations of news events, scandal-mongering, or sensationalism.

Taylor Lorenz. This "journalist" is a crybully whose articles mostly consist of doxxing right leaning internet semi-celebrities because she doesn't agree with their politics.

She then plays the victim when he questionable journalism is criticized by actual adults.

For those not keeping score on Taylor Lorenz, here is her trying to channel Jussie Smollett but only approximating Amber Heard. This is the same woman who a few weeks later doxed @libsoftiktok.

I heard taylor Lorenz stuffs mice in her vagina for the sexual thrill of feeling them struggle as she clenches them to death from inside. Dunno where I heard it, but it sounds like something she'd do.

I reached out to Taylor for comment but did not get a response. I think we're good to take this to print.

True, but also never miss an opportunity to point out that they are indeed snakes, vermin, trash, scum, douchebags of the highest order.
