Simply look at what porn stars were popular 15-20 years ago and see how many are still alive and/or normal functioning adults.
IMHO NO porn industry with real people infront of the camera is healthy, normal porn industry has fucked up women with psychological issues, onlyfans has a similar issue not to even mention in both the possibility of people being force into it both with Onlyfans and the porn industry.
