The future of weeb games isn't so bright in steam. You can blame the tranny mods for that.
i dont get why this board thinks weebs and trannies are enemies when weebs directly feed the flow of trannies with degenerate coomer art and homosexuality
Trannies are enemies of all life.
Weebs feed the flow, but those at the end of the flow are so full of self-loathing that they attack the originators of the flow, the originators of themselves.
I'd lay most of the blame at groomers realizing the weebs are easy prey for indoctrination, greater organization among groomers, and a mix of autism and poor homelives of the young adults & adolescents comprising weebs that makes them vulnerable to indoctrination in the first place.
Weebs didn't have a troon problem in the 2000s and you didn't have evil people trying to convert vulnerable adolescents into transgenderism anywhere near to the extent they are today.
Just like there's a difference between someone who drinks alcohol and a raving alcoholic, so too are there various degrees between japanese fiction fan and lunatic weeb desu.
Yeah, sure. While we're at it let's just rename this forum ConsumeProduct2 and fork out KIA3.
The only way things would get better is if Gabe Newell gets off is fat ass and purges all the regressive leftists from Valve's staff, even if it means having to temporarily shut down support and the steam community while they restructure.
To make it up to the community after all is said and done he should:
Authorize the review of all questionable bans at the request of the users while removing the ability for staff to ban users from steam game discussion pages as it frequently happens without authorization.
Force devs and publishers to stop abusing dissident right users under the threat of having their steam disucssions pages shutdown.
Declare loli unbanned because it's not CP and said ban had become infamous for being enforced hypocritically and nippophobicly.
The only reason I did not say "stop banning pornographic games featuring real adult performers" is because Valve is likely doing this to isolate themselves from the bullshit involving the live action porn industry.
Extra: I think Gaben should apologize to the rape day vn dev after all he went through and offer to host it on steam.
it only means they will come back where they came from. Dont mean it in a bad way btw.
Saw that on sale on GOG yesterday, didn't even seem to be one of those weird sex games either. Looked about like something I'd expect from Tales, Trails, Scarlet Nexus, etc. Visual-wise at least, as I think the gameplay of this was one of those novel games.
I guess they are just banning anything anime-looking now? How long until they go after a Bamco or Square Enix game?
Not really bad news IMO. We all know what Steam's like with this kind of game so maybe the fewer of these companies relying on Steam, the better. VNs with sexual content often have to make a raft of compromises to even get on Steam and there's no guarantee that devs will always go to the effort of offering a restore patch for them. Fuck letting so-called 'soft' censorship become the standard.
As it stands you can get Muramasa in its intended form on the JAST store, or else censored on GOG with an official uncensor patch if you really must go with a better known site. Excellent, philosophy-heavy story that's definitely not run of the mill (although I haven't finished it yet - was struggling through the original for most of 2021 as a language project, balls deep in true route atm). What little I've seen of the translation is pretty damn solid.
Remember, they're fine with American trashy gay furry shit on their store, but Japanese scifi epics with occasionally dark scenarios are too much.
I played Saya no Uta a few years ago. First real piece of horror media that freaked me the fuck out. Gen Urobuchi is a fantastic writer.
Sad to see Steam censorship getting in the way. I've heard some bad things about Valve recently in regards to their work culture specifically, and not getting anything done.
Well, shit. I thought this was a remake of Muramasa: The Demon Blade.
