Biden admin's memo to Supreme Court m claims that the OSHA mandate is not a mandate. They claim that Congress approved it because the COVID relief bill from earlier this year has a vague provision in it about OSHA and COVID 19 worker protections. (archive.ph)

183 Republican Members of Congress have also submitted an amicus brief to SCOTUS saying Congress didn't delegate powers to mandate vaccines to OSHA.

47 Republican Senators and 136 Republican Representatives have signed on to this brief.

The 3 R senators who didn't sign on are the usual Mitt Romney and Susan Collins along with a very surprising betrayal from Tommy Tuberville of Alabama.

This is such a flimsy legal defense.

SCOTUS must not let this stand.

Remember when Scotus approved baby murder under the guise of privacy laws?

All three branches of government must fear the people if there is to be liberty.

This has been going on since the 80's because of liability from the old dangerous Pertussis vaccine. There were huge scandals and the manufacturers would not make vaccine without liability protection. Covid is just bringing a long-term problem into public consciousness

Realize that if SCOTUS approves the mandate then it’s legal to force pregnancies on women for “emergency health reasons”

Congress shouldn't be allowed to mandate what medications you take either.

It won't be a win for us if SCOTUS upholds the mandate.

Biden's handlers will be very emboldened and they will push for even more insane restrictive mandates.

I have been praying every day that SCOTUS strikes down the OSHA mandate.

The win is that we sink the globalist authoritarian system a little bit faster so that our children might see freedom instead of our grandchildren.

Every "victory" we win at this point is just propping up a dying system and prolonging the suffering. Yeah, the collapse is going to suck and lead to worse material conditions but I would rather suffer that and train my children to thrive in it than have to see them be crushed by the same system.

Or, even better, the natural result of firing millions of heavily armed Americans for political reasons.

Most will do nothing, and the few who do will just get shot to death by the police, or worse, caught and thrown into pound-me-in-the-ass Federal Prison for domestic terrorism. Most people covered by the mandate will suck it up and take the shot, and most of the remainder will live on the margin. Coercion: it works.
