I wouldn't mind if a hacker made it so characters randomly died, or die after running for a while. Could also respawn them with low health, or negative health. It would fit the roleplaying.
COVID doesn't exist in San Andreas. Why would you want it to? Why would you want to bring all your problems from the real world into a fictional world that allows you to do almost anything you want to do?

GTA must have changed, because the GTA I know there's a 100% chance none of those NPCs are alive for more than about 5 seconds after spawning.
