So according to right wing Twitter, it's OUTRAGEOUS for a prosecutor to point an unloaded AR-15 toward the jury to demonstrate how scary that firearm is, but totally cool for a teenager to point a loaded one at people and shoot them and also libruls are DUMB DUMB to fear AR-15s.
Is Joy making the mistake of going full retard or is she actually retarded?
Robert Barnes pointed out this was likely bait to try to get the Defense to object at his mishandling. That way he could say
"Look how threatening this gun is. Unloaded in a courtroom held by an officer of the court it still made people fear for their life. Imagine how threatened the poor protesters felt that night. Its no wonder they reacted so harshly. Kyle brought this on himself, provoking the confrontation by having the gun that night."
Remember their whole case at the end was Kyle shouldn't have been there and he started it by being scary.

The prosecutor has fully embraced the jury intimidation strategy I see.
This is a crime pretty much the world over
I thought that was a photoshop. This trial just keeps on giving the strangest images.
How is this guy not disbarred?
