i find it hilarious that in the medias attempt to paint the jogger in a favorable light, they use a benign photo of him. They used his HS graduation photo. He was 25 years old, they couldnt find one picture in the previous 7 years of the guy that looked benevolent enough to use in their propaganda piece other than his "im forced to look decent" HS graduation photo. EG: joggers gonna jog.
They did the exact same thing with Trayvon Martin, remember. Showed pictures of the guy as a 12 year old; meanwhile, he was a large, muscly thug who'd been kicked out of high school ....
And of course even if the defendants somehow get acquitted, there are a slew of federal charges already prepared. It is now routine that a white person charged with a crime against a black person must win two trials with different rules and different jury pools to escape prison.
Meanwhile, I can't recall a single case of a black perpetrator being charged with separate federal offenses, no matter how heinous the crime or whether racially motivated.
I don't believe Simpson ever had federal charges for anything, not the murders, nor the robbery. He was sued in federal court, but those are only civil cases.
he didnt just "wrestle the gun" from the shooter. He literally pulled the gun towards himself, and likely ended up forcing the shooter to shoot him because of it, IE: pulling the trigger towards the shooters trigger finger.

i thought he was sued twice, once in civil court and once in criminal court, maybe it wasnt federal, but there were two cases against him I remember.

That's poor trigger discipline on the shooter's part, but that's also why you don't do stupid shit like that.
