Spins around from a crouching position to avoid falling as he redirects his attention to another cop, shoulder tackling him to the ground.

Instantly turns around and uses a rear-naked choke takedown without falling down himself, and continues running.

If I had to guess, this guy has some legitimate combat training. Utilizing those kind of reflexes to incapacitate four cops in a matter of seconds and keep running is some John Wick-style skill.

The fact he never fell and was able to ping-pong off the cops using different maneuvers based on positioning and momentum is also extremely impressive.

Even in real-life combat sports a lot of guys get hung-up on what moves to pull off next and are usually scavenging for the right kind of attack/counter based on their opponent. But this guy was pulling off one move after another seamlessly.
