TL;DR: Harvard professor runs blind CV test so women are not disadvantaged by unconscious bias only to reveal there already is unconscious bias in favor of women, so after 6 months they stopped the test! "Women are wonderful" hypothesis proven once again. There is no bias against women, benevolent sexism is a thing.
Article:
"Male privilege" is just projection. They know that women have far greater options in life compared to men and have far greater support structures in society also.
The idea that the legbeards would whine incessantly about a "gender wage gap" while the statistics show quite plainly that workplace fatalities are 98% men is really all you need to know about modern feminism.
Everything women say is projection.
The "patriarchy" is them. They are telling you what they will do to you, via blaming you for it.
Crying into their pillows at night about the evil patriarchy while they flick the bean thinking about the rough sex & bondage in fifty shades of gray and the handmaids tale.
Men are objectively superior. Women can't compete so they levy accusations of systemic favoritism.
Feminism
Not even mentioning that on average men work more hours per week, that women choose to spend more time with family and friends, men choose far more dangerous jobs (as the death statistic indicates), men are far more willing to take jobs others don't want, men are more willing to work weekends and holidays, women choose to take time away from work to have children which interrupts their career progress (as it should if you leave for a few years), and so much more.
It's worth noting as well that, overall, unmarried women who've never had children actually earn more than unmarried men.
Here's what I don't like about the current news media.
Why not compare apples to apples, or if they are why change the verbiage. It's weaseley.
You mean the same results we’ve seen time after time after time? Sounds like any man in the study have grounds for a civil rights lawsuit, shame cuckhold judges won’t uphold it cause poor womyn.
Imagine my shock.
We needed a study for this?
It's always good to have the largest study available to hand in case we come across everyday feminist lies
Unbiased trial exposes their bias. Instead of changing their views, cancel the trial, find ways to get their pre conceived result.
Shocking!!!
That’s known for years. How many orchestras or scientific conferences stopped double blind applications when they realized they weren’t hiring “enough women”..
the only thing women bring to the table is bobs and vagene, always has been and always will be.
This plays into their hand. Don't take this path.
They'll say "sure, women are less qualified because they haven't been given the same opportunities for the last 40 years to qualify for upper management positions".
The point that this "doesn't prove them wrong" and is likely set up intentionally to push their agenda.
This study says "it isn't that hiring managers are sexist, but rather are victims of institutional sexism spanning generations".
And that's the point where you quote their genocidal manifesto to them and tell them to fuck off.
There are breakthrough women in STEM positions who qualify, but there are definitely more men in those types of positions overall, lots of reasons nature and nurture. Any other position in the entire world, I'd argue, is a matter of empathy and charm or repetitve tasks.
They put the really smart guys in charge of the important stuff that uses math like operations, and put a woman in a C-level position like HR or Marketing so they can prove they're inclusive.
Yeah, the other side though is women generally don't want the top, high criticism, high publicity, no one to hide behind positions.
Their claim of wanting those spots is more a negotiating tactic. Claim to want the top positions then "settle" for the middle positions they wanted all along.
Benevolent sexism is a name given to stereotypes about women that are overly positive.
