They could have a point. Maybe they'd be happier under Sharia than Wokeism.

If you want a really good laugh at Taliban apologism watch this video of an interview with the British Chief of Defense Staff (UK's general Milley): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7b8dYHQ_QYg&t=431s

The Taliban are just country boys who are honorable and want an inclusive Afghanistan.

It's like the Left runs around looking for strong people to surrender to and hopes the first rape is gentle.

They love China and the Taliban now. Must mean the two are working together.

They just need to rename themselves to the People's Progressive Taliban of Afghanistan and tell everyone they are doing these things to "protect themselves and others" and it would be lauded among the media.

That's not what the article says. It says that Sharia Law can be interpreted in many ways, from what the Talibans did in the past to Muslim countries such as Indonesia, Morocco, etc. What the 'new Talibans' will do remains to be seen, though I am not very optimistic for the women there.

Well, that's a good step in the right direction. If they want to not repeat the mistakes they've done 20 years ago, they will have to actually build diplomatic relations with other countries. Again, I don't think that Afghanistan will be a bastion of freedom, but I hope it will be better than it was last time they were in power.

The boys from the deep south are much more hardcore. 1,000 of them just went to Kabul.

So this is how they reconcile their compulsion to take in as many Afghans as possible and the fact that 99% of them want sharia

You can't violate their rights if they don't have any!

"Look, the anal raping isn't that bad, at least you're finally having sex. And they give you a kiss on the cheek right after to prove they love you."

I read an article in the Independent newspaper, left wing as they come. It said sharia law was open to interpretation and was just a right wing fear mongering exercise. Love it when left wing defends Islam. I am betting the article will get edited or deleted when sharia law is used in the near future to kill gays and teat women badly.

Good. Maybe this is what it will take for some readers to be red-pilled and cancel their subscriptions.

It doesn't need to be as complex as some CCP conspiracy.

Remember that the Taliban will mount your head on a pike if you disagree with them or say what they don't want you to say.

Any and all news which comes out of Afghanistan right now only does so because it's approved by them.
