I'd argue we don't have all the data to say whether it's particularly young people. It's simply more noticeable in young people, since it's so unusual. If this happens to old people, they're often more vulnerable and die...and then they just get counted as another Covid death.

They've lied about so much when it comes to Covid stats, it's not out of the question - in fact I'd be surprised if they weren't doing it at least to some extent - that they're hiding lethal/contributing adverse vaccine reactions among "Covid deaths" in the older population, in addition to the more visible issues among young people.
Also, as an aside, apparently they're inflating the percentage of unvaccinated hospital patients, by simply leaving the field blank if someone says they're vaccinated. Then vaccinated patients can get counted as unvaccinated/unknown status. The issues with the vaccines are so much bigger than it seems so far, I'm convinced.
Similar to throughout this whole thing, I wouldn't be surprised if hospitals are getting paid more (with our taxpayer money) to treat unvaccinated people versus vaccinated, justifying it by saying unvaccinated people are "high risk."
