Slow, and also weirdly ram intensive if you want to open more than one photo.
I like irfanview but it strangely tries to replace all program icons in the system with it's own.
Recompiling the image in Basic and then converting to Java slow.

Every time I try to bring this up to people they get all defensive. I know some of it is probably sunk cost syndrome (they've put a lot of time and effort into believing Proton is legit because that's the best option they could find) but can't help but thing some of them are shills, confirming that I'm on the right track. I honestly don't know but it's very suspicious.
