I'll just straight up say it. There is no such thing as "trans", and crossdressing with the intent to deceive others should be outlawed.

I have been saying for years that "gender identity" is a myth. I've been open to the possibility, but any arguments for it tend to argue a subjective state of mind that I am unable to understand or which are not scientific. (falsifiable) Brain scans that show someone thinks like a male or female are unconvincing. There have always been effeminate men and masculine women who don't actually think they're the opposite sex, but their brain scan may look that way. Gender dysphoria is a specific mental disorder, which from what I've heard feels more like someone has extra limbs, or is missing limbs, rather than being a purely mental "feeling" of being the opposite gender - whatever that means.

Brain scans might as well be Joseph Smith's magic plates considering how these faggots use them. It's barely a step up from scooping parts out and testing for what stopped working.

1800's -> "We scientifically proved black people are dumb by studying their skull sizes"
2000's -> "We scientifically proved people are the other gender with brain scans"

Same playbook.

How are you going to make intersex people dress?

Sorry, I just think that there are people that are going to not fit your point, even if you got your way. And even then, I don't see the point of the government having the jurisdiction to regulate clothing.

Lawyers for HRC also argue in the suit that the new law "endangers the safety, privacy, security, and well-being of transgender individuals," saying, "if a transgender girl were to use the boys' restroom, she would be exposed to potential harassment and assault by students who believe that she should not be in the boys' restroom."

"Similarly, if a transgender boy were to use the girls' restroom, he likely would be similarly exposed to potential harassment and assault by students who believe he should not be in the girls' restroom."

Am I reading this right? The plantiffs are alleging that a biological girl who thinks she is a boy being forced to use the girls' restroom is at risk of other biological girls harassing her for not using the boy's room. That would make the harassers radical pro-tranny bullies.

I think they’re acting like these people are all perfectly passing and won’t also potentially be harassed for using the restroom of the gender they think they are, which is an immensely stupid idea.

It’s worth noting that in Tennessee schools they are already getting special accommodations so that they can change alone without risk of harassment.

Tennessee issued a response to the LGBTQ advocates earlier this afternoon:

"Dilate"

Oh look it's the fucking HRC again.

The only place trannies should be using a bathroom is a mental hospital.
