It is, but it’s a typo. The name is Phoenix, It’s a majority-Indian neighbourhood about 15 mins drive North of the city of Durban. I went there many times back in the day when I was working construction. The Indians down there locked and loaded, and have long been mistrustful of the African population who routinely rob their stores and hijack their cars at traffic lights.
There also appears to be black communities harassing their own police for not doing enough to protect them from the looters either.
Zulu is one of several different black ethnicities in the country. I wouldn't be surprised if Socialist Zulus were attacking other blacks of a non-Zulu ethnicity.
