Dude, Tokyo Drift was the purest movie with street racing as a focus, out of all of them, minus the first. Everyone shit on it and we end up getting the nonsense over the top skyscraper jumping. The only thing they have left to jump is getting literal sharks involved.
As a spinoff, perhaps, which is what it could have been and was until they shoehorned Dom into it at the end. I'm guessing Universal's doing. Vin didn't want to and supposedly agreed in exchange for the rights to the Riddick IP, and he was even uncredited.
its made for the china market so not sure how woke it can be but they probably do fun stuff like cut the faggotry and sassy black women for those releases
I'm just saying, I learned my lesson on transformers after movie 4 (don't judge me, dammit, peter cullen's voice is awesome), why has it taken 9(10?) movies for f&f fans to figure things out? lol

Dunno, but I'll bet my right testicle that it's garbage.
Michelle Rodriguez sneering as she's beating her into the dirt wouldn't sate my bloodlust.
sniffs
I smell corporate music whores.

How the fuck did they milk eight sequels out of this?
I'm not saying don't make "drive fast and do stunts" movies.
I'm just saying, there aren't nine Ip Man movies, y'know?
China hasn't copied the technology to make nine sequels yet, and I wouldn't count Ip Man out yet. Star Wars took a few decades to get to nine.
Wait, really?
...
Okay bad example. And are the others as good as the first two were?
A better question would be "why is fast and furious 9 a thing?
Don't get me wrong, the first one was great, but how many ways can you rip off the Italian Job by way of Oceans 11 before it gets silly?
I always thought that silly was part of the point.

FF7 with Paul Walker's "funeral" is the best way to wrap up the series. Hobbes and Shaw is also fun.
