Of course the judge is female. It’s interesting that they don’t mention the cause of death, only that the mother “didn’t realize she was hurting her”. What did she do? Choke her to death?
That poor five year old girl deserved better. I’ve been depressed in a past life, and while I may have considered harming myself, I never would have hurt someone else.
Depression doesn’t turn you into a psycho murderer so we’re not getting the full story here. I’m sure she is psychotic. We are not given any explanation of it though.
Are we really pretending that putting innocent people under indefinite house arrest isn't going to ruin their mental health? The attempted murder-suicide happened three months into a two week lockdown - if not for that, her daughter would probably still be alive.
