Netflix will have it where he was really just trying to protect his daughters and make them stronger because with or without him, Umbrella was going to release the virus.
Oh, and one of the daughters is obviously going to be a lesbian (if not both of them), because minority female + lesbian is just token Netflix at this point. Bonus points for their wokeism if they can find a way to make her (or her sister) have a disability.
