Eh, if you frame it as simply trying to avoid civil unrest, it's consistent. The blue half of the country would have burned to the ground if they'd allowed Trump to be able to address the queries.
Similarly, if you actively tell the red half that yes, you are taking their guns away, well, that's all of a sudden a very dangerous time to be an ATF guy.
I considered the supreme court lost when they ruled the "state" was the government and not individual states in Obamacare. That was my black pill moment.
I mean, we have been long since giving up the idea of individual "states" since at least the Civil War, and not just subsidiaries of the federal government.
Its one reason why Trump's Rona response was such a shock and hated. He literally let the States be individuals again for the first time in most people's lives.
What amazed me was how well the media sold the abysmal leadership of the blue states. Gretchen Whitmer was awarded for having the worst response, killing over a third of small businesses with lockdowns, and still maintaining the largest infection rate per capita. Over 6000 restaurants closed permanently, but at least we have video of a crip beating the fuck out of white grandpa in isolation cause “Covid”.
Cuomo is directly responsible for how many people being killed in nursing homes again? I think they finally admitted to 15,000 total deaths and they covered up everything past 9,200. So, his policy of putting Covid patients in nursing homes killed somewhere under 15,000 people?
Honestly, at least part of me thinks Trump did it to expose how fucking retarded the blue leadership was. It put responsibility back on them after decades of being cushy "blame the other guy" jobs. And it worked pretty well, my own state is now revved up and utterly hateful of our blue governor to the point where people actually are asking about election day.
However, like all Trump moves, he underestimated how hard the media would spin/hide and how far the populace would let these idiots abuse us without standing up.
Biden administration be like: "No problem. Our judges will rubber stamp warrant requests...actually you know what, screw that we'll just search without warrants anyway. Your move SCOTUS."
How heartwarming to see the Supreme Court of the United States of America for once giving enough of a damn to do its fucking job.

Whitmer still won’t release the numbers. We have about 10% actually reported in Michigan.

That is, in effect, the supreme court voting to give itself more power.
Gotta ask yourself what's the catch.

Oh great, I forgot the Soros judges.
Oh look, the constitution applied today.
Thanks for that.
Now about making sure the Supreme Court can't decide to overturn this next week.
Ha ha, oh wow.
In other words. "Hey biden. Fuck off"
This wont save them when the time comes.
