They’re terrified, the only reason they are going after this so hard is to make sure the rabble know their place and sell this as evil white terrorism. Garland said this was worse than the okc bombings that killed over a hundred people.

I have said for a long time now that the reason they are freaking out SOO MUCH is because this was their momento mori. They have spent years, decades even, much like Xerxes in 300. They think themselves immortal gods who rule of these quaint, strange beings known as "humans", so long as they agree to bow before them of course, as they are a kind god after all. Then some retards went a punched them in the face and made them bleed a little bit. And since a god cant bleed, that would mean they are mortal, and that they can lose their power and all.

And now they are desperately lashing at anything and everything, and especially at the people who broke their delusion. And by doing so, they are only whittling away their power even more as more people start to say "maybe the retard had a point."

What?

1/6 wasn't remotely unexpected - it was an obvious setup. They were let in. They posed for pictures. The ensuing histrionics of the left were both performative and pre-planned. All the politicians had their speeches locked and loaded. Media were standing by to misrepresent and manipulate, as always. None of the fear was genuine.

Agreed, and the worst part to them was that not only did they not see it coming, it was genuinely disorganized, and showed just how weak their protections really were.

They shouldn't have been able to breach the capitol. But they did because the establishment has far less hard power than they actually need, and there was nothing they could do about it.

The Left has overthrown entire states with far less motivation, will, and even the most minimum organization. Honestly, if Ted Cruz had moved the Maga Chieftain to the side and declared himself "Imperator of the Republic" it would have been more legitimate than 50% of the shit the Left tries on a regular basis. The coup in Turkey was less heavily supported than this.

I think their undoing here is that they were so autistically focused on getting rid of Trump that they forgot to do anything to secure power at a more local and state level. Because the US was founded by a bunch of gigabrains that were so distrustful of government that they came up with backups to their alternates for their contingency plans. So now you have a bunch of states (almost the majority even) telling the Fed "Kiss my ass" and actively declaring war on Left Wing ideals, and finding any way they can to make life hell for them at a local level. Which, due to the nature of our government, WILL work its way up to the Federal level. The GOPe outing themselves for the base to see as a bunch of snakes (going so far as to put their votes on the record as if to say "Primary these guys") will also not help them, as like you have pointed out in the past, the GOP was supposed to be fake opposition, but it is now being taken over by very real opposition and there isnt a whole hell of a lot they can do to stop it.

They have also managed to piss the grassroots of the GOP off to such an extent that they are actually extremely enthusiastic about campaigning and getting out the vote, to the point that some of the most well funded people in Congress right now are the ones the Establishment hates (Greene and Gaetz, specifically). It would seem the attempt at a show of force in the aftermath of 1/6 has only made those targeted more hostile instead of less, and like you said, this is far outside the establishments modus operandi when dealing with the Right, so they dont know what to do.

I think the truly shocking aspect to them is the lack of obedience.

My governor had mandatory lockdowns in place for months, but (as I suggested when I advocate Civil Disobedience) people just didn't listen. A full on travel ban past 11:00 PM, and I drove home at midnight watching commercial trucks driving down the interstate.

There's a quiet terror of the establishment saying things, and then nothing happening. That is the true, and most dangerous, revolution. Power is illusory, and when you point a gun at someone and tell them to do something, and they ignore you and walk away, you really don't have any additional options.

They are so used to getting what they want, and there are many die-hard loyalists, but there seems to be an ever-growing silent revolution of people simply rejecting their statements and de-legitimizing them. Unlike Trump and open dissenters, there's nothing to even fight against.

What the 1/6 viking raiders were, as far as anyone can tell, were all the people in blue states that were so outraged about their treatment they took matters into their own hands. The red states didn't show up.

From my counter-insurgency perspective, that should be ringing alarm bells. All of 1/6 was blowback, and you have absolutely no control over the red-states to receive blowback from. Your position is one of incredible weakness and vulnerability... which is also why they are over-reacting.

I've also thought to myself it's only going to take one situation, one example of making the gods bleed to start -- not a full-on reversal -- but a notable counter-movement.

I think Jan 6 was more a bruising than anything akin to bloodletting, but the murmuring has began because of how the establishment responded.

Garland said this was worse than the okc bombings that killed over a hundred people.

But of course. What are the lives of 100+ little people compared to the discomfort of the elites?
