There are sites that list removed comments, like the ones above. They can't do anything if the thread is first accessed (through the site) after comments are removed. So if you see any new threads with topics reddit doesn't like quickly use these sites. You can access them again later to find out what gets removed.
I do think there are legitimate people with body dysmorphia who want to be the way they feel, and are likely doing their best to be seen as their desired sex. I don't have any hatred for these people.
