Most people on the right would gladly fuck off and do their own thing and leave people on the left to their own devices. Would people on the left agree to that arrangement?
They don't seem like they would considering they seethe over Orania and are now going after Peter Theil's sovereign Seastead concept and Elon Musk for not wanting Earth law to apply to a future Mars colony. And if they're going to have a problem with people in the middle of the ocean or on another fucking planet doing their own thing, they sure aren't going to let us carve out a piece of the US to call our own.

Perhaps China shook the jar, but it was our politicians who put the red ants and black ants together and call people racist for pointing out that's an unstable situation.
Blaming China deflects our own politicians from the responsibility they share for our present situation, as well as the responsibility people who voted for them share.
This is what was happening with Japan in the 1980s (and the "anime" culture seems to be the residue of all that. Before then, Japanese weren't really on our cultural radar outside of maybe Hashimoto San and karate.) The only thing that stopped the Japanese was the collapse of the Yen, I think.
