Yeah well on the bright side when someone calls you an anti-vaxxer nutjob for not wanting to beta test you can point out that two of the three largest European governments agree with your concerns.
It'll be interesting to get some better numbers on this. The AZ vaccine may prove more risky for younger people than actually getting the disease.
Aren't all of the vaccines bad?

Same reason the housing crash was artificially inflated even after they knew it was crashing, they have government backers.
Yeah, a company is never going to go bankrupt as long as it has support from the money printers.
Insert any country that has a contract with/ funding for AZN, stock market manipulation for pharmaceuticals is so George W’s Congress, but it’s the same methodology. They likely will not see a massive hit, and if they do it will be instantly bailed out because’COVID’.
The AZ vaccine is safe. There have not been any deaths from it here in the UK and as the countries which have suspended its use have said, any links currently are tenuous between AZ and a very small handful of cases.
Compare that to the tens of millions who have had it without issue.
That housing bubble never entirely popped. It can hit again for the same reasons. Fortunately, that financial time bomb has been safely buried under a mountain of new bombs.
My guess is they'll still find people to buy the vaccine. Wealthy countries are buying up the other vaccines which means poorer country are stuck with Astra whether they want to or not.
Plus, these countries haven't outright banned it. They've only suspended its use until the EU authorities say "nothing to see here, everything is fine", which they always do. Can't allow for the vacc train to be derailed by a few deaths.
The suspension is just posturing by local politicians so they can save their asses when more people die. They're passing the buck to unelected and unaccountable EU bureaucrats.
You did it, you foiled The Genocide.
Well, you also believed that the virus was spread by wahmen to kill men, so... I guess this conclusion is slightly less absurd than the rest of it.
It depends on whether costs outweigh benefits.
Hell, if your clone was out here, he would probably accuse you of being a wahmen trying to get men killed by trying to dissuade men from taking a vaccine for a disease that overwhelmingly kills men.
BREAKING: Some wahmen spotted in the vicinity, genocide suspected.
Ho boy.
If you were around in 1939, you'd blame Eva Braun for starting World War II, claiming she was trying to get men killed.
Clearly, the devious wahmen persuaded men in order to deprive them of the safest vaccines.
GME has taught you nothing, my woman hating friend.
It's all a big game, and you aren't a player.
It's already priced in I guess. Too many people way more "in the know" than the average person. I would go with they don't expect it to get permanently banned and since people are afraid and/or need it for their
social credit scorevaccine passport that they will all line up for it anyway.I thought the market was totally nuts early last year. WTF, these people are crazy why would it sell off so hard because of stupid disease in China. That will never matter. I think it's painfully obvious how WRONG that take was.
I was surprised the market did not sink more with the 30% unemployment and massive tanking - supposedly - of GDP. I was waiting for it to tank even more. So I missed the bus.
