So throw everything right back where it was under Obama, where an accusation would destroy your life, facts ignored, and even if the alleged victims defends you it doesn't matter

Well, this seems to be the new political standard, if you look at how they treat anyone who politically differs

Knew this was coming, just didn't know when. And probably 80% of college faculty will cheer over this. Even though:

  1. It hurts students, by making them much more vulnerable to getting in trouble. (it especially hurts under-represented students since males - especially minority males - are vastly under-enrolled in college by % of population, and it is mostly males accused under this).

  2. It hurts the college, but exposing them to more lawsuits (as the linked article points out)

  3. It hurts whoever is footing the bill (whether students, parents, taxpayers, etc.) as more administrative bloat = higher tuition

  4. It hurts society, by making more and more people just check out and say "screw the system, what has it ever done for me"

But, sure, make everyone's life worse so you can get your virtue signal points.

Nah, like every other crime-related-thing it will hurt black males the most. At least until they revise the process to better reflect the progressive stack. Then it will hurt real rape victims the most because if a black man raped them they will be dismissed.

With what I have heard about american universities, I'd say it may be a net gain for society if more and more people checked out of them.

This should say Biden's handlers prepare to strip college students of due process rights.

Biden is not in charge of anything in his state of complete dementia.

On the bright side, loads of young men (and their moms) gonna be getting redpilled because of this bullshit. Why do I include moms? Well young men will be learning about how the system actually works, but the women who raised them will finally start caring when it starts to hurt their precious little angels.

Really not much of a bright side tbh because any redpilling comes upon the backs of (essentially) boys getting their lives fucked before they even really start.

As much as I hate to see it, most people are reactionary, as in they don't believe or see that it's happening until it happens to them.

I can count a whole bunch of people who were anti-gun and pro-BLM until the riots affected their homes, businesses, and communities. Don't know their stance on BLM now, but they all own guns.

Ridiculous. Lowering the need for evidence did nobody any good.

Well, it made the lives of Title Ix co-ordinators somewhat easier. Identify the male, proclaim them guilty, boot them out of the university, then, if you have time left in your busy day, find out what the actual complaint was.

because the radical activists being appointed know they have at best 2 years to accomplish what they want to do.

At the end of those two years, they get a far more radical representative, but she has the unfortunate downside of being marginally cogent, so she'll be culpable for her actions, unlike Dementia Joe.

Kamala Harris is Hillary Clinton 1.5. Her career should have been ruined after she refused to release non-violent inmates under orders of the Supreme Court and denied a death row inmate the ability to participate in DNA testing... Yet somehow she was able to become a senator and is now the “Vice President.” The media will defend Kamala Harris no matter what.
