From what I can gather, the study only tested soy oil, reduces linoleic soy oil, and coconut oil. It'd be interesting to see what affect other oils have, even equivalent amounts of concentrated lard. Also how concentrated is is in the mouse's diet, versus what the average person consumes, including those that eat the whole bean. Soy oil is the worst tasting oil anyway, though soy is heavily grown (mostly as animal feed in North America), so they're going to find a use for it.

This. Everything is poison in sufficiently high quantities, including water (osmosis causes the brain cells to swell, increasing intracranial pressure) and oxygen (produces peroxides and free radicals that cause celluar damage).

Yeah, anyone who says something has a lethal dosage amount, I remind them that water has an LD50 that has been scientifically documents, and Reese Cups have an LD50 that is scientifically backed (it's surprisingly close to 1kg/kg, for what it's worth, so eating your own body weight in reese cups in a single sitting and short period of time would kill about 50% of the adult population who did so successfully). That doesn't mean eating a peanut butter cup is going to kill you, even if you wash it down with a glass of water.

Yes, animal fat is delicious and not any more caloric. You can buy some fat cheaply and render it yourself into lard very easily. Lard lasts for a long time, too.

I fry my eggs in butter, but I've been thinking into getting on the lard train.

It's incredibly insidious. Fucking Soy oil is in everything, and if it's not, it's Canola. All heavily refined, all chock full of omega-6, all carcinogenic, atherosclerotic, and endocrine toxins.

And since the brain is mostly comprised of fat-derived cholesterol, almost everyone in all developed countries has a brain that's made of trash, easily degraded or oxidized materials. Is there any wonder that mental illness has been rising just as fast as metabolic disorders like type-II diabetes, along with our fertility?

We're literally driving humanity into extinction to fill the pocketbooks of a few conglomerates that faked or biased science for several decades. If they manage to shut down Keto or Carnivore using all of this "eat plants to save the environment" bullshit to pass laws, we'll never recover.

Are you mad at the FDA, Harvard, or most likely, that random woman quoted in your link?

"Some random woman" as you put it.

Surprise. FDA recommendation => you sleep. Harvard recommendation => you sleep. Some random woman you had not heard of before recommendation => ABSOLUTE OUTRAGE, THEY'RE TRYING TO KILL US!

Don't you find it weird that everything they recommend

Who's 'they'?

us either kills us,

You've got it figured out. Wahmen are trying to kill you.

But only when they manage to find an alternative way to open jars.

because they warned their own not to eat it because it "increases the risk of breast cancer"

"If you currently have early-stage breast cancer, don’t eat soy in large amounts"

Can't wait until International Wahmen's Day arrives and you become even more deranged, though I can barely see how that's even possible.

She is the Harvard recommendation. You call me out for reading things wrongly...

Nah, just for spinning absolutely everything to satisfy your irrational hatreds, obsessions and rent-free accommodation.

Harvard doesn't have 1 employee, in case you didn't know.

You know who. How many things that they've told us to consume actually increase the risk of cancer or other conditions? Once is coincidence, twice is happenstance, three times is enemy action - what's over 10?

10 times is your delusion. I'm sure that not long from now, you'll be claiming that Wahmen are putting listening devices in your plants, like other paranoids think about the CIA.

Women tell women : consume soy in moderation

You amended it from your previous claim, but you're still lying. Only women with breast cancer are supposed to consume soy in moderation. Not the others.

I assume you don't have breast cancer, but surprise me.

Women tell men : consume all the soy, it's good for you!

That recommendation was not aimed at men specifically, nutter.
