They are calling it a crisis so Biden can declare climate change an national emergency and then create executive orders to bypass the republican Senate. He's going to issue similar EOs addressing the "gun violence crisis" and the "racism crisis". This will be his strategy for attacking the first and second amendments.
Black people experience 56% more air pollution than they cause
[CITATION NEEDED], unless you're meaning the poor families that live near the industrial park, that aren't all black families, in which case your damned statistic is still wrong.
and are 50% more vulnerable to wildfires than other communities.
Why? Are they living out in the part of California where the fire can ravage their home and neighborhood? No?
Ben & Jerry's needs to STFU and just make ice cream.
It's really easy: black people don't really produce much, so of course they cause little pollution. We could all be like them, but I'd rather not live in Africa.
It's also funny to me how these people keep conflating pollution and muh climate change caused by a harmless gas that's necessary for plants to grow. That usually lasts until a conservative says "alright, let's return industry here from China and stop bringing in Chinese ship on poison-spewing container ships", which causes any NPC to immediately do a 180 and go "CLIMATE CHANGE IS A DIFFERENT ISSUE THAN POLLUTION YOU SCIENCE DENYING HITLER!!!1"
We've gone from "don't point out how terribly blacks are performing in our society" to "give blacks props for how terribly they are performing in our society, but still don't point it out".
Hey, Blow and Job! If you're gonna harp on so much about "muh black peplz," here's an idea: how about you lower the price of your ice cream? If black people are so poor and oppressed as you claim they are, surely you're only adding to the oppression by selling expensive ice cream that only the "privileged" can afford, no?
As for me, I haven't bought an ounce of their ice cream for night up to four years now. Likely never will again. If I feel the need to buy any of the more expensive types of "premium" ice cream, I'll spend the extra 50 cents on some Häagen-Dazs. You definitely get what you're paying for with that brand, unlike B&J which tastes just like any other store-brand ice cream.
So despite only making up 13% of the population, blacks deal with 56% of air pollution? Where have I heard stats like that before? ???
Oi, stand back! I'm calling the Internet Police now!
I think it was "56% MORE than whatever amount they cause relative to other groups."
True, but that makes a less funny post
Ice Cream?
I scream, you scream, we all scream for racial justice.
Another decade another name change.
They have to keep the grift fresh somehow.

Yeah, but this one sounds extra apocalyptic so there's more chance of you suspending your faculties and doing as you're damn well told.
I wish to know why this lobbying firm continues to distract themselves from their core function by diluting their brand with overpriced ice-cream.

Ben and Jerry's has shitty overpriced ice-cream and even worse political views.
Fuck them.

The climate crisis hurts us equally
... but some are hurt more equally than others.
My head is swimming
I think feminists will have to say something about that. Women not most affected? Truly fascinating times.
"I'll believe that when me shit turns purple and smells like rainbow sherbet."
Air pollution is based.
