Fight it in any way legal and possible, but the odds of actually overturning this are not great. As someone on Twitter said, the Dems brought a nuclear weapon to a gunfight.

If they win, they're set up for a political bloodbath in 2022, and likely again in 2024. If they lose, they're set up to instigate an entirely different sort of bloodbath.
