Remember when Journalist wore a collared shirt and suit to work? When did it become acceptable to wear a t-shirt for everything?

a smart employee would automate the job and turn the position into "They guy who maintains the automation".

as far as I know, the majority of losses have been resignations in the face of suddenly having a boss who expects real work.

Vulcan is a nice little farming community, it's not exactly filled with trekkies. You gotta forgive them their myopic handling of the IP haha.

Hey man, I'm glad you're here. I don't always agree with you, but I enjoy the spice you add to the site. Especially when Antonio gets involved.

What's your favourite conspiracy theory?

Do you speak more than one language? If you could instantly speak one other language, which one would it be?

Yeah, it's nice to see a european leader actually standing up to the EC and the establishment authorities' moronic policies.

I know I know. But you gotta admit, there's a number of little hells in ye old blimey! Imagine being born in Rotheram, for example. Or worse yet! London...ugh, just the thought makes me shudder. I for one am glad to have spawned 8000 km to the west in Texicanada!

Easiest thing to do is shutter the HQ entirely and have everybody work from home. Small, local, distributed HQ's can be arranged where necessary, but a website does not need a huge HQ

I'm happy he's here. I don't agree with him, but really like how good he is at balancing the stormfags. Plus, the nemesis-ship between him and Antonio is highly amusing. I hope they make wonderful babies one day.

I still have no idea what "Trans rights are human rights" even means. What rights are they talking about, exactly? Do they even know what rights are?

Thus the problem with progressivism--just like a bureaucrat cannot imagine people might function well without his governance, a progressive cannot imagine that nothing need be changed. And so, all that currently is, is anathema and must be changed. If you meet somebody who identifies themselves as progressive, know that you are in the presence of somebody who wants to control and destroy everything in order to substitute his own thought and will never ever be satisfied with how things are, even when he eventually succeeds.

I'd love to see some data and good reading on that...

Everybody quickly forgot how the sciences were in Soviet Russia and pretends that it would be different somehow when it's OUR turn to be ideologically corrupt.

Yes I know. Like I said, they can be made neuter, but the species is bimodal with the defectives populating the spaces between the modes. And sex refers to more than just us, which is why not mixing the term with the wishy-washiness of "Gender" matters.

I haven't lived there in 8 years now, since I fled, so I cannot comment on what it's like anymore but it used to be that people were starting to wise up. And there is a heavy heavy Red-neck presence in Calgary that is completely immune to the bullshit.

Male, Female and Neuter. Humans are a bimodal species, like all mammals, but there are other species which have functioning neuters and mammals can be made to be neuter. So it's worth listing the third option.

Calgary is polarized. It's 50% based and 50% beyond saving. Anybody working in Medicine, administration, governance, teaching (especially teaching) or media in Calgary is pozzed harder than Portland. The rest of the city not so much.

It's strange--I'm from Calgary and nobody calls the homeless anything but Homeless there. Also, it's weird to imagine a homeless woman in Calgary. Those basically don't exist. It's all old schizo's and Rez dwellers.

She wouldn't be able to, adoption in civilized nations is very difficult to accomplish. There is a shortage of adoptable kids, actually. The available babies and toddlers are all spoken for and the older (severely damaged kids) are all fucked up beyond belief and too difficult for the average person to handle.

I live in Łódź---It's not so bad here, and lots of people are aware of the bullshit. I'm even starting to see a lot of weariness with the Ukrainians who--for some reason--are behaving rather ungratefully and refuse to learn the local language despite it not taking much more than a few months of effort for them. We'll see where this goes, but the society around me is split between those who intensely distrust the EU and the western establishments and those who are true believers because their quality of life has gone up over the last 20 years. I don't like the second group because they are willing to sell their sovereignty for hamburger and some cheap chinese electronics.
