Other than the fact that the dialogue is clearly saying things like "america" and "Iran-Iraq" which the top subtitles says but the bottom subtitles doesnt say even though you can clearly hear it.

They are not doing it because they think "low sales are caused by not being woke enough" There were leaks showing they tell their devs to not copy from the examples of Zelda or Mario because those depict damsel in distresses whilst they praise TLOU2.
Imagine insulting Zelda and Mario whilst praising TLOU2. And they removed the Rising sun background and now there's this thing where they get foreigners to literally police their own devs.
Thats why i question whether the owners are really Japanese or not. Their behaviour seems completely anti Japanese.
Lol White supremacists wouldn't remove the Rising Sun background, Imperial Japan sided with the NSDAP . Though the Rising sun symbol is an important cultural symbol in Japan and isn't controversial inside Japan itself which makes Capcom removing it even worse
