This happens. I used to love playing Battlefield, but then I started noticing that I would almost always get put on teams with retards. Thankfully, there's a feature to switch teams. But the game would put me back on the retard team on the next round. Battlefield absolutely "balances" by picking winners and losers based on "team balance." It's fucked up and I couldn't enjoy the game after realizing it.
I was ranked in the Global Top 300 on BF3, too. First thing I would do when the round started would be to switch teams if possible.
