I'd disagree. I grew up with the first five Percy Jackson books (which is weird as I'm British. Mixed feelings really. Not sure I want another five million people in Britain, but at least these ones actually share my culture and probably won't vote for Communism. Which begs the question, when they threw the borders open all those years ago, why didn't we import this sort? If you're going to have mass immigration, wouldn't it be better to have them come from compatible cultures? It's not like the fallen British Empire has a lack of cheap labour.
