Who voted for Bukele?

"Stopped playing the game". He literally was already president, initially negotiated with the terrorists, and then simply enforced the laws. He worked entirely within the system. The most illiberal thing he did was arrest judges who were being bribed.

Your example is completely counter to your argument, and is an endorsement of voting for Trump, or at worst Libertarian.

Suicide is suicide. That's at least a potentially merciful action, but as seen from Canada's mass killing program, literally no one else should be involved in the decision or execution of death.

according to NPR.

Immediately, I am suspicious of these claims and this story.

It wouldn't surprise me if it were true, but it makes me skeptical.

NPR has been wildly unprofessional and political with it's coverage of basically anything.

"HELLO FELLOW DISSIDENTS, I TOO THINK THE POLITICAL PROCESS IS NOT WORKING FOR US. THE ONLY CHOICE IS TO MAKE SURE WE POLITICALLY DE-LEGITIMIZE OURSELVES! ACCLERATION IS THE ONLY VICTORY! DEMORALIZATION IS FREEDOM!"

Gizortnik 2 points ago +4 / -2

Yes. His point is to radicalize people into his position so that they can kill off the populist right and literally be what the Left accuses the rest of us of being, because he's too stupid to understand that he is controlled opposition.

Gizortnik 4 points ago +5 / -1

It's always rigged, the issue is by how much. To big to rig is the point.

Gizortnik 1 point ago +3 / -2

If there is literally no local or state issue on the ballot to vote about (which there almost never is), then spoil your ballot. If you get a paper ballot, just draw lines across the whole thing or check off every bubble.

Nonvoting is exactly stupid. The Sunnis in Iraq intentionally boycotted the first election to claim it was illegitimate and they spent 8 years in a full throated insurgency because they had intentionally removed all of their political options off the table. The loosing party was criminalized, and was replaced by Al-Qaeda in Iraq. That didn't help the Sunnis because AQI had no problem killing them just as much as they killed the government.

After the Sunni Great Awakening Movement efforts to get the Sunnis back into a political process, they won elections as a minority and rebuffed a bunch of dumb shit from the now fully pro-Iranian government.

Another election was held after several years of peace, but this time Fallujah and a lot of the Sunnis were upset that they gained seats, but lost a majority. There was definitely bullshit done by the government, possibly fraud, to guarantee that loss. But instead of repeated each mistake again. This time they worked with ISIS and got slaughtered again by the same people again because AQI actually formed ISIS.

Now they are back in the government and voting, but seem to have figured out that refusing to vote, and then shooting at people, isn't really an optimal strategy, especially when the people who are going to "help" you fight the government intend to kill you first.

It is correct that you should not be voting against certain people, but only voting for the things you want so you don't keep putting idiots (like the Tories in UK) into power. Refusing to vote at all is retarded and dangerous.

I think it's actually important to recognize that a woman is engaging in pathological masculine behaviors.

It's a way of saying: "That's unmanly" and "That's not ladylike" in modern speak because those phrases have been attacked to the point where standing against them is somehow a good thing.

Not only are you acting like an asshole, you are acting like an asshole of the opposite sex, which shows just how fucked up you are.

Really, the same thing is happening when you call a man "a bitch".

Two and a half years for viewpoint discrimination AND as an attempt to intimidate a Tory councilor.

Make no mistake this is the "They want your wife dead" part of "They want you broke, homeless, your wife dead, your children raped, and they think it's funny."

Hamas supporters literally besieged parliament and threatened to kill everyone inside, sent a multiplicity of death threats to the parliamentarians, and projected a genocidal mantra on the parliament building.

It's not even double standards, it's that laws don't apply to Labour voters or their clientele groups.

It's not accidental, polarization is a primary goal of authoritarian regimes. This is because it radicalizes loyalists an oppositions.

You what a good example of this was?

GamerGate.

Yes, most of us said: "Fuck you Kotaku"

But a strong number of people literally rejected the idea that Kotaku could do wrong, and declared themselves absolutely devoted to the media. You called them GamerGhazi.

Either way, the polarization from the media attacking it's user-base created loyalists that protected their sales.

Abortion, believe it or not, has the same issue. The rest of the world doesn't see abortion as a major political issue, including Europe. Not because abortion is 100% legal in all cases. Actually, many European countries are as restrictive as Mississippi. The reason people bombed abortion clinics, and have 100,000 person "March For Life" and "Pussy Hat" dueling protests, or people threatening to kill SCOTUS, is all because Roe v. Wade ripped the issue out of political moderation via debate. Declaring a single-size solution turned it into a political football that caused division.

The dichotomy is always designed to support the person offering the dichotomy, whichever choice you make.

The Media, Establishment, Progressives, and the Democratic party literally emotionally abuse their followers because the leadership is populated by people with Cluster B personality disorders.

And the thing is about breaking the US up into 50 states... we were 13 different states at one point that voluntarily joined. At this point in our history, there's really not much public appetite for a secession crisis.

This is a reminder that Steele was requested to conduct opposition research on Donald Trump by the Jeb Bush campaign, and it was suggested originally by John McCain.

Jeb didn't use it, that is when he sold it to Fusion GPS, who gave it to the DNCC. That's when a member of their staff met with FBI agents to make the accusation that Trump was working with Russia. Their own forensics team dismissed the thing as absolute hogwash, but the FBI falsified their own FISA warrant in order to get a judge to approve wire-tapping the Trump campaign.

This is a little different in that it is FAR more direct.

15
Gizortnik 15 points ago +16 / -1

No, this is far more direct than anything the Russians were even accused of. They claimed the Russians worked with Trump and WikiLeaks to steal the DNC emails, and then that prevented Hillary from winning.

In reality they ran a couple Facebook accounts, (their most popular was a BLM chapter that wasn't real) and posted a shitty Bernie Bro meme.

Arrest them as foreign agents.

Anyways, this is a problem in general with the political Left. The Canadian Left sends literally thousands of activists south every election cycle. No word on Israel, Saudi Arabia, China, or Qatar's numbers. They can't make direct donations, but there's nothing to stop activists from volunteering... well, nothing outside of the fact that it's foreign election interference but we don't do anything about that.

You ever hear of the Republican party sending even one person to any other country? Me neither.

It wasn't a softball interview, but they couldn't do that without pissing off their own audience.

Baier was basically telling her he'd throw a fast ball down the middle. That's how you "give up a pitch" and let the batter score a home run. She's just too stupid to to actually swing correctly. Baier gave her a girl boss moment with the over-talking, but she didn't take it. Follow-up questions destroyed her because Leftists are morons who rarely understand their own philosophy.

Baier, Murdoch, and all of Fox News want Trump to lose, and are working to do it, but they can't make it obvious as controlled opposition. Same way CBS can't just ride her dick the whole time. It's not a softball interview, it's a fastball interview. Only fastballs down the center were allowed to be thrown and she still the mighty Casey struck out.

I can accept a default judgement for refusing discovery, but that never happened. The individual must explicitly deny and refuse exact documents. That never happened. If that were the case, which documents were refused?

There wasn't any.
