The subtext of Emperor's story is that he's full of shit. He was mind controlling people like crazy including his 'partner', and there's no reason to think he was only eating badguy brains aside from his word.

It's open for interpretation how full of shit he was. He is evil human rather then an alien being.

As for the eating bad guy brains, I was talking about the other Illithid. I freaking hate that one. They just had to humanize the Illithid. They are now just poor victims of the elder brains rather then an evil alien race for whom we are food and less then bugs.

They added a good Illithid that only eats the brain of bad guys. They also brought the idea that the Illithid are slaves to the elder brain and ceremorphosis is more like a mutation of the host rather then an entire new being.

You're pulling out these stories that, while indicative of a poorly run company, really only come down to your word. Fact is there's not a whole lot of information that actually supports what you're saying, so forgive me for not taking the anecdotes as super important news.

So again, what is your point? Do you believe that is not happening? That DIE is not part of most tech companies? That DIE does not mean discrimination against whites and asians and men? That DIE hurts a company performance? You are very vague on what you mean because if you actually had a point we could debate, but you are not, you've had 0 clear points so far.

Keep in mind that the entire thread started by white people tribalizing because they are seeing increasing anti-white discrimination.

  1. Is anti-white discrimination happening ? Yes. DIE policies are out in the open.

  2. Is this more visible? Yes. You have companies that celebrate DIE and it is easy to point how diversity is only about non-white and sometimes no-asians. Keep in mind that the NBA is somehow the most diverse.

  3. Are white people waking up to this reality? Yes. Hence why Trump won.

  4. Will this tribalize white people? Not sure but I can hope.

My own personal experience is inline with this points. What point do you think is wrong and why?

How about most tech companies this days hire diversity that leads to crap that almost kills smaller companies.

You keep trying to say this are outliers when they are not and refuse to acknowledge that white people are systematically discriminated against. The companies themselves are advertising DIE practices.

You say literally nothing of substance. If you have an actual conclusion or a reason to change my mind thru actual stuff, other then you don't "feel" it is as bad because you had an opportunity let me know. Other then that I don't care. Yes, I believe that sort of training should be pretty normal. I don't think it's racist unless the training was "only allow black people to make mistakes. If white people make mistakes then punish them."

The training was literally people of color need room to make mistakes and we need to give them a voice and other crap.

It also had a lot feminist bs and women only training opportunities for management.

Got another cool story.

A couple of friends of mine worked on a tech company, it was all in on diversity and shit. Imagine your ultimate DIE company where you have black females looking over and giving "advise". It was the typical leftist threw a ton of money at the employees, trips in exotic locations, bonuses etc.

It had a boom during covid and then they realized this company is going down hard, turns out all the DIE hires are entitled brats don't actually produce enough. They ended up ending 90% of their work force. Not even an exaggeration but actually had to let go 90% of their employees.

Turns out what remained is not exactly diverse. Fun stuff.

The 2 friends that worked there, both white, one guy and one girl. In her team he had one guy and I think 2 other women. Funny part was that one of the girls on that team was completely incompetent, she was used to getting guys to do stuff for her, she was above average looking. Turns out that the only guy was gay, and she was not even able to do easy tasks. Very comical overall. All this forced diversities can be entertaining if it does not affect you personally.

Generally I think it's decent practice for managers to let their employees make mistakes no matter what color their skin. It's how people learn.

See this just means you are not discussing in good fate. A clearly racist training, specific for "people of color" and you're only take is that it should be for everyone rather then it is racist. You seem delusional to the extreme where you stick your head in sand.

That is in all major tech companies. I've worked in major tech companies and my friends are mostly working in other major tech companies, everyone has the same stories. This is why I'm currently working in the IT department of a non-tech company.

If you want even more, 2 employers ago had training about how white people need to allow people of color to make mistakes.

If you want another story. The company I mentioned before, where I was doing interviews, had enough of the lack of diversity so they brought some Ahmeds from abroad on one of the teams. After a year or so the rest of the team found out that the Ahmeds where being payed considerably more then the rest, basically hat to pay well to diversify the team. This made most of the team leave.

Now on the other employer, they had to cut costs, several times. First I found it funny how it was all white men. Figured it was what ever, just happened. But this happened several time and then I looked at metrics. There where 2 blacks, a man and a woman, they had abysmal metrics. The equivalent of doing a week worth of work in about 2 month. However they got to stay while white men that did ok work, not the best but clearly better then this 2 got fired. The woman of the 2 was particularly toxic accusing anyone who said anything about her work as racists.

I mentioned before that white people where still by far the majority of team members but the discrimination was incredible. This was to highlight how you may not observe discrimination because you still see white people but in fact the discrimination is incredibly high.

My current employer seemed good up to now, nothing about diversity and inclusion and I did not notice any active discrimination. However they put an Indian (dot not feathers) in charge of one of the teams, in one year he filled the team with Indians while also pushing white guys out. Stuff like give hard tasks to white guys while also delaying them, not giving them permissions to do their tasks and not sharing information and then criticizing them for delays. Dividing the tasks among the other Indians in order to boost their metrics and even taking tasks from whites. The last guy on that team I brought him over to my team and currently coaching him.

Were you in the interview process for these candidates?

Yes, as I mentioned, I was part of those doing interviews/ tests to evaluate tech skills. It was not hidden they were very opened about it. Was basically any non-white male was made an offer. Only time that did not happened was because the lady in question said she was scared to do the job. We had people having 0 experience getting in, staying for 1 year, doing horrible job while blaming everyone else and then bouncing to another company because diversity is key now.

Also, since corpo politics allow discrimination you should look in to dot-Indians. It is wild the level of inside-favoritism they have.

Do you think anti-white discrimination is not real? Despite knowing there are quotas being implemented in companies and higher education? When people are openly anti-white?

I told you from personal experience that discrimination is not only real but incredibly out in the open in tech. This not even getting in to pajits and being racist against everyone else.

I mentioned there were still a lot of white people to put in to perspective that discrimination was being done in the opened but some white people still got thru the system. Does not change the anti-white discrimination.
