When Shinzo Abe was assassinated, a silly newspaper editor said that this was the first time that a Japanese Prime Minister had been assassinated with a gun.

A cursory glance of the history of Japanese Prime Ministers will reveal the truth - that numerous gun-involved assassinations have taken place, but the last one was in 1936.

That another assassination didn't take place until 2022 probably has something to do with the Allied-imposed gun ban on Japan.

In my country the OP's story is called "The Little Yellow Hen". Another version exists called "The Little Red Hen".

It's the same as the original, except the farm is now living under communism. The story proceeds as normal until the hen refuses to share the bread. Then the other animals cry out "You must share the bread in the name of communism!" and eventually the hen relents and shares the bread.

But after that, for some inexplicable reason, the hen never baked bread again.

Leftists hate this version EVEN MORE than the original because it exposes a critical flaw in their perfect world vision: Why create anything for yourself if you're forced to share it with people who don't do anything for themselves?

You're ranting about a nation built on the concept that the dregs of a global empire should all be rounded up on boats, sailed to the arse-end of the world, and left to fend for themselves in the most hostile landmass on the planet.

It's gonna take a little longer than 200 years for that nation to sort out its issues...

The funniest thing was, that there was no 100% concrete evidence that she had slept with Grayson to get the positive coverage for her game.

People were told that they had slept together, and we knew that he had given her game positive coverage. But that's it. It was the fact that people turned to Grayson and simply asked him: "Hey, what's up with this? Can you elaborate?" and his (covert) reaction that kicked off the whole thing.

"By reticulating these splines, we created an inverse current for use in unilateral phase detractors, powered by modial interaction of magneto-reluctance, to construct our model of Covid-19."

(Guess which of the above papers this line is taken from.)
