To answer your question, there are a number of movies but none of them are really worthwhile with the possible exception of the pilot movie. I don't remember the name but it takes place just before the first episode proper. Definitely don't watch fifthspace.
I should also probably mention something about season 5 but... Well, you'll find out on your own.
I haven't read war yet - it's next on my list - but most likely yes. There are some books you can breeze through fifty pages in an hour and some where you need the same amount of time for five, and Evola is certainly closer to the latter type.

The horrendous losses the soviets suffered in the war had less to do with human wave tactics and more to do with incompetent officers (the competent ones having been largely purged or posted elsewhere - Zhukov's arrival in the theatre marked a significant turning point) and a general order from Stalin to not retreat one inch meaning that their formations would be encircled as the Germans plowed through weak spots in their lines.
Human wave tactics are not unheard-of but they are a lot rarer than you might think, even for communists.

I've been playing Wasteland 3. There are a few issues with the writing but overall it's pretty good. In terms of being pozzed there's really only two characters that seem like they probably shouldn't be women, and beyond that there's a character called "The Patriarch" who is not a cartoonish supervillain, so it's about as close to being based as a mainstream game possibly can be.
For those not in the know, which I imagine is most people:
The CAF has been undergoing a project called "Operation Honour", begun by the previous Chief of Defence Staff, General Vance. Ostensibly enacted in response to allegations of sexual misconduct by Canadian soldiers, it has grown and incorporated every aspect of leftist ideology. Canadian troops are required to undergo Operation Honour briefings at least once a year. The content of these briefings is generally more reasonable than one might assume (think 2010 leftist propoganda rather than 2021), but does include being browbeaten into, for example, thought policing each other for making jokes at the expense of the rainbow mafia.
The primary stated goal of Operation Honour is to "change the culture" of our armed forces. There is good news and bad news on this front. In my experience (i.e. generally with the lower-to-middle enlisted ranks), the troops know that the propaganda is horseshit and continue to act privately among each other the way they always have. The bad news is that publicly the fear of being "Op Honour'd" has indeed changed the culture of the armed forces into one of mistrust and reluctance to engage with unfamiliar personnel. I also can't speak as to the private opinions of out officers, but being as they require a university degree I would expect the beliefs and values of Op Honour are held sincerely by a higher proportion of them (not to mention the value of Op Honour to the sort of careerist backstabber that the comission can attract).
As I implied earlier, I am a part of the CAF myself, and I unfortunately have a higher involvement in Op Honour due to my trade than most. I have to say, the damage to morale and espirit de corps that Op Honour has caused have made me doubt our capacity to do our jobs under any kind of real pressure. The worst part, however, is that I can't see any way of effectively resisting the leftism in the short or long term. There is no way our government will allow Op Honour to end, and there is no realistic hypothetical future government that will either.
I wouldn't want to lionise Ghandi's economic policies (or anything about him to be honest but that's another discussion). His autarkic and economically traditionalist pushing kept India impoverished for decades and was part of what made it worse off for so long than it had been under British rule.

Canadian soldier here. I've never seen a group more critical of Trudeau than the military. The idea of liking him at all is a joke to almost all of us. The only way this would work at all would be if he got the most pozzed officers to do it and they usually have more important things to be doing anyways.
I don't think the loyalty of ANYONE can be taken for granted. Most antifags are homegrown after all.

I don't think civilians need to worry about this, it's a blatant government overreach and even the most deranged judge will side against the government on this if the right victim makes a complaint (be they black, a woman, a jew, a muslim or whatever).
Now, soldiers on the other hand might have reason to worry.
