I don't see anything wrong with competing societies conquering each other and not applying the some "rights" to the conquered group as the conquerors. Since this is a video game forum I'll use this comparison but I basically think real life should be a full PvP server with full loot where clans fight one another for resources and the winning clans take from the losing clans.
