I have three kids I know of that will likely end up at my house because their mother is insane. We have been trying to figure out how to do it because three kids all at once is a lot.
I honestly believe childbirth will affect the mental state of the mother, and if she already has something her personality can change. I've seen it enough times to want to look up more statistics.
As a foster parent I have seen the end result of that. She is also demanding all the money she can get from he government to do it. So when we get the child finally the schools have him in the very slow class, and he barely knows how to function. It takes work to teach the kid to be independent. Then we look up the mom on facebook and she has the feeling she is some kind of martyr for her child.
Michael Crichton talked about it in his book Congo. They claimed ape research would help in fighting cancer. Did it? No, but the investors and publishers all wanted it to, so it did. The book was released in 1980.

I saw that happen in real time at a school near my parents house. They got rid of the computer science department because the school president said she stuff was the future.
I've known about stuff like this since the early 90's because of a school play.
I hope he, and all the other politicians who destroyed Washington state fight each other with "protesters" and the only ones still standing are nowhere near the fights. He praised those protesters in Washington, and kept trying to find new reasons to lock down the state. Then he cut funding to all the schools that even had a hint of actual racial diversity so he could give some to his chosen 'diversity'. I hope he was through the streets and is attacked by the monsters he made.
