Would be nice to see it across sexes. I have a feeling that white males are even further behind while white women are above average. Fuck their racist system.

In America I know certain Asian groups make more on average than whites. Same with Nigerian immigrants, but the usual suspects will keep peddling white privilege nonsense
Asians and Jews outperform whites in nearly every category in America, from IQ to earning. This magically is never relevant to any discussion.
It also holds true with loans and financing. Chinese americans have the highest loan acceptance rates. Never mentioned when complaining about whites getting more loans then blacks. The current ' social justice' dogma is nothing more than social retribution on people who weren't even alive for the Jim Crow era. Rule of three always shines with grievance groups. By the numbers, black immigrants have always heavily earned more that 'Black Americans'. The first black millionaire in America was a former Haitian slave before/during the civil war. 'Black America' has been have a culture crisis for the past 200 years. The problem is that the worst of that culture has been promoted and focused on.

That's not how numbers work.
The first part is that **young ** white British are being out-earned by BAMA. The last part is about all whites. I assume that overall whites have higher earnings on average then minorities so if the gap between young whites and white BAMA grows larger and larger the overall gap becomes smaller. The conclusion that the article makes is that this is a good thing. Whites, especially young ones need to drop even lower before they have equality. So hurting innocent young people is fine as long a retarded metric gets to the point they want, the article wants tyranny of the majority just not along racial but ideological lines. I do not know how the situation is in the UK, I hope there is someone willing to fight for them and have a voice, if not then it is fucking depressing.
Since the pandemic a lot Silicon Valley companies have done downsizing. Not enough to make the news but enough to notice the trend. I've talked with my friends in the industry about it. Only white males have been fired. They would rather fire a white man (white Latinos included here) with above average reviews then a woman or POC with consistent shitty reviews. It is anecdotal but this is how I'm seeing it.
The SJW movement that infiltrated everything feel morally justified to fuck over white males at every corner and they're not hiding it anymore. They have that racism is prejudice + power or some bullshit, but lets face it the poor and average white guy has 0 power. They stand and take it and our kids will suffer for it.
It has been that way since at least the 90s. Non-whites and women can't be fired for performance. The only way they can be let go is in "wave" layoffs that also include white men.
The legal cost of laying off a shitty non-white male employee is often more than the difference in marginal product between her and the most productive white male. It is illegal not to be a leftist organization.
