Unless you have a job or go to college and will be fired or expelled for non-compliance...

That’s the boat I’m in. I don’t care about paying a stupid fine for not wearing one in public (The retarded ass governor requires one, while never wearing one when she is doing her press briefings), but I can’t afford to get fired or expelled.

And just like that..we are all trapped. No amount of voting or thin blue line protesting will save us now.

Where I am, they're still required in businesses. I only wear one to prevent them from getting in trouble. Everyone does at this point.

So virtuous you are.

Funny how BLM can block entire highways with zero arrests or fines because the numbers are too big for police to get them all. Yet, that concept seems to befuddle people when it's suggested for not wearing masks.

I'm not advocating for jumping on checkout counters and making a scene. If a business asks you to leave, then follow trespassing laws and leave.

That doesn't mean you can't test the waters and risk some social capital by not wearing a mask. Make up whatever excuse and go about your business. There can be pushback without trouble.

I'm not advocating for jumping on checkout counters and making a scene.

This is clearly a losing strategy. Since the U.S. government seems reluctant to enforce RICO charges against the arsonists and killers in #BLM, the pushback comes down to us.

I'm not recommending rioting for us. We're like an industrialized nation fighting a border war with a barely agrarian neighbor. We have stuff to lose; they don't. They can take horrific losses since they invest little in their people and their economy, and it can be easily rebuilt.

When do we turn Patriot Prayer and the Proud Boys into a real self-defense/bodyguard organization?

We should have started in summer 2016.

Ghetto blacks and brainwashed leftists don't have an individual identity.

They have no concept of personal consequences and only think in terms of a collective. This is why they are always so shocked when they get arrested or punched back.

Individuals take responsibility for themselves so they have to balance the risk against the rest of their obligations.

The commies have an army of orcs at their disposal to throw into the grinder.

My comment was more about individuals, not groupthinkers.

Individuals can take responsibility for the socially accepted direction of their communities.

Also they don't have jobs, so it's not like they can be fired.

Oh totally. I just don't want to drag anyone with me when I protest stupid rules.

Better to test the response than to not test it. Otherwise, you can't know for sure. If you're not asked to leave, carry on about your business.

It's not the response from the business I'm worried about. It's the response from Karens. If I were the only person at risk, believe me I'd never wear a mask. But I like my local grocery store, bar, and fitness facilities. Dragging them with me wouldn't help anybody.

Do you believe the correct response to Karens controlling our communities is to go with their flow?

No. The solution is to vote out the faggots enforcing mask rules so that the karens have no teeth. If I owned a bar and risk closure or jail time over stupid rules, you bet your ass I'd kick out anyone who doesn't follow those rules. I'm trying to make a living, and I don't need your social warrior bullshit.

I don't believe that time table will satisfy the growing frustration. There must be a way to tap into that appropriately to return to better social norms quicker.

No. The solution is to vote

Oh you sweet summer child. We're well past the point where any of this can be solved via electing politicians. Stand up for yourself.

I only wear one when required by the owners of private property because I respect their ability to control that property

I stopped by a couple small towns this past week and barely anyone was complying with the mask mandates. Did not see a single person wearing them outside or in their car (lol). Even in stores only 1/3 were wearing them, 1/3 half assing it, and 1/3 not wearing them at all. It was pretty uplifting to see. Living in high density areas is truly cancerous and a breeding ground for pathology.

The ICUs are empty. The pandemic is over and has been for a long time. The lockdowns didn't help either. Isolating vulnerable populations was the solution. I hate having to say that Sweden is the best model.

Masks don't do anything unless you adhere to the associated cleansing rituals, especially the cloth ones. Protection is only working if it's uncomfortable and inconvenient. At worst, people are spreading disease by constantly touching the filthy dank bacteria factory on their face.

masks are a benign way of at least slightly reducing transmission

In order for masks to be even a little effective, the first 6 parts of a comprehensive system for prevention must be strictly adhered to. Masks are worthless when used alone. The order of effectiveness (#1 being most effective) for slowing the spread measures are:

  1. Staying home

  2. 6ft distance

  3. Washing hands

  4. Not touching face

  5. Using hand sanitizer

  6. Wiping down surfaces

  7. And lastly, wearing a mask

If we wanted to save the elderly, we should have focused all of our efforts on nursing homes and everyone over age 65. But that's not what's going on, is it? The main purpose for mask orders in the general population has nothing to do with protecting the public.

To be fair, mutliple democrat politicians did just that.

I went to a gun store today searching in vain for a place that would let me order a specific shotgun and right on the front door of the place there was a big sign talking shit about our mayor decreeing that everyone must where a mask. Twas pretty funny.

It's amazing how defensive everyone gets when you call them to account for upholding a tyrannical system. "Sure, we would stop wearing the mask, but we are worried about our jobs and retail access."

You think those who fight tyranny don't have to sacrifice? And here you are balking at potentially having to sacrifice.

"Everyone hates them and just wears them to get along." Really? Than everyone can stop without fear of repercussions. Work at Walmart? You think Walmart can operate without 90% of their minimum wage work force? If everyone agrees it's shot, then everyone do something.

If your political action ends at whinging online, then you are no better than the NPC crowd.
