I don't get into fact-slapping contests with pro-abortionists often because their stance is always so fickle and tenuous, they barely have anything to stand behind other than prevaricating with the motte and bailey tactic Kaarous mentioned (i.e., they will often defer to how religious folk don't care for kids that aren't aborted, which is a complertely separate topic of discussion from abortion itself).
But this is one of the best charts I have ever seen about the topic. It completely destroys their argument from top to bottom when they try to rationalise around the exceptions of abortion -- those exceptions are practically infinitesimal.
I'm definitely going to save this one. Do you also have the original link on hand or the study this was taken from?
I extend that rule to all leftists. It was never about facts for them, they were always motivated by innate malice. They only understand the language of power and we should act accordingly.
Ironically, they'd like to care for the kids but the government has setup a byzantine labyrinth around adoption making it prohibitively difficult unless you are rich enough to dedicate years to the process.
u/freedomlogic brought up foster care; same thing. There are many, many people who would like to foster kids but don't, solely because of how shitty they're treated by the government.
I have a friend whose parents spent 30 years fostering kids. The bureaucrats treated them as bad as the bio parents, despite decades of experience. Their lives are constantly scrutinised, they're talked down to, they had actual criminals dropped on them (and the other kids they were caring for) because "nobody else would take them". It's actually worse for them because they have resources so they're expected, for example, to drive the kids several hours to visit bio-mom at McDonalds for an hour, then drive home and are only compensated for the mileage.
I have to wonder what these numbers would look like if there was a simple first come first serve waiting list, with no screening, for people wanting to adopt, and that list had to be empty before an abortion could be considered.

Lol, even one case of rape/incest is to many, but I believe that number is likely higher.
Even at .001% thats still something like 3000 cases according to google ai, but chances are because of the stigma and shame associated with being raped, let alone by a family member likely keep many people from reporting it.
Something like 1 in 4 women will be sexually molested in their life time, and 90% of the time its a family member or close friend of the family.
But yeah, lets just prevent all abortions, overload the foster care with even more kids for the elite to do whatever the fuck it is they are doing lmao. I can tell many of you have had zero experience with the foster care system.
In ohio its pretty bad and from what ive gathered here in canada, its not any better.

Retarded nonsense. Leftists blame "muh economy" for not having kids but the truth is that the poorest people in the world have the most children. 99% of your ancestors were poorer than you. Money is not the problem. Plenty of wealthy people are not having kids.
Falling birthrates are a direct result of feminism. Worldwide, collapsing birthrates overlap completely with female "education". Women can't spend 75% of their fertility window actively not having children without immediately crashing the birthrate.
But leftists are always trying to blame every societal problem on "insufficient communism". In reality, you all are hedonists. You don't want children because they interfere with your own narcissistic desires.
