The same as it is in Africa, only with better outcomes and more of them surviving into adulthood. In 1950 US population was 151 million, while the total population of Africa was 227 million. In 2020 the US population was 331 million, while Africa was 1360 million. Abortion is the only reason we haven't already been Haiti'd.

I'll give a black perspective on this. The population looks less retarded. Abortion and birth control encourages the most retarded members of the population to reproduce because sex just becomes purely recreational. There's a reason for the downward spiral among both whites and blacks with the introduction of socially acceptable abortion and the sexual revolution. Black people are on average lower IQ than white people and with basically reverse eugenics happening there has been a breeding of super tards.
