Cant be bothered to install what I assume is a 40+ GB game
I tried to look it up, because I'd really only heard about on here. First thing I see is "Season"....so that's out I don't play season games. I still can't get a good idea from quick videos what the objective is. Otherwise it looks like Destiny had a baby with Apex Legends. So more no thanks. Probably requires Windows for kernel spyware anyway.

I respect that they got really crazy with the art style and character design, but I honestly hate it.
The devs are trannies. Their "art" is aggressively androgynous, queer-coded, and littered with BDSM fetish aesthetics. They thought they were being clever and circumventing the anti-woke backlash, but their art is still offputting and ugly. That's why no one is buying skins, and subsequently the entire revenue model for the game is fucked.
Bottomline: they are still refusing to create beauty. And no, that doesn't mean sexy.
Not saying you're wrong about that, but besides all that woke stuff the art is also very weird. It's like some kind of fever dream.
It's mostly ripped from 1990s Designers Republic stuff. Which can definitely work if you're wrapping it around a solid foundation.

With how many horror games and single player games Sony announced yesterday, Marathon will be the last live service game they try (for at least a year.)
Sony has supported several Live Service Games that have failed.

They had better be. They killed off Destiny 2 just so they could focus on keeping Marathon going. Marathon will be shut down when Bungie itself is shut down, and I give them less than a year until it happens.
Wouldn't play that shit if they payed me.
