I saw some atheists on Reddit or the like once going on and on at someone who suggested AA to a legit like life near ruined alcoholic because they require you acknowledge some sort of god. They would rather this guy literally drink himself to death than acknowledge a god.
When this guy says he can't "be Bblack" what he fails to realize is what he's learned being black even is encapsulates his entire former life. They've lost any and all aspiration they ever had and now define black culture as a short lived life of extreme degeneracy.

To be fair, this is no longer just a groid problem, this is a Western societal problem, and we're seeing in real-time how it's now affecting Whites... especially women.
The average young lass in Britain is a degenerate mudshark, just a few steps removed from the groid lifestyle. It's quite alarming.
Many young men are suicidal because the zeitgeist has foisted upon them the options of being considered eternally "racist" in the the eyes of society and a constant threat to women, or they need to indulge in being a degenerate cretin to gain acceptance from dysgenic cultures.
The dearth of an aspirational ID in youth culture is a scary thing, and it's turning into a global phenomena (for developed countries).
South Korea seems to be the end result of this cultural paradigm, where you're pleasure-seeking at the highest levels of self-indulgence, or you're suicidal because you'll never achieve aesthetic degenmaxxing (and ironically, despite the groid in OP's story heading down the second path via alcoholism, it was actually White culture with a higher-purpose that saved his life so that he could whine about it on social media).
You bring up South Korea, it's funny to think that the one time most popular video in the world Gangam Style was about the very thing you're talking about. And most people don't actually get that
Yeah, I don't think you're wrong at all. They've flipped the entire script into that. I've always been of the idea that even when things look terrible you still have to aspire to something. If your life goal is to be a useless degenerate leech, that's as high as you will go. It's why I hate the doomer give up mindset here too. It's non productive. I mean even if the answer is far beyond anything allowed to say here, it's an answer, not, well everything sucks so I quit.

My dad is like that. He's been alcoholic my entire life. He tried AA once or twice but, like the Redditor-in-spirit he is, refuses to accept that there just might be a higher power he needs to submit to. He's convinced he's smarter than everyone else and it's not his fault he's an alcoholic, that it's just a disease that he can only manage and not cure with the help of God alone. It's sad. I pray for him but I fear he'll just drink himself to death and refuse every chance he's offered to get better.
Of course, having that predisposition to alcoholism isn't his fault. It's the lot we were given. I just wish he would stop being such a faggot about AA and other treatment options instead of trying to find salvation at the bottom of a bottle. Sadly though he hasn't hit rock bottom after 50 odd years of drinking, and I fear he never will. He's not a bad man or a mean drunk, but it is sad watching him waste away because he can't quit on his own and refuses to get help.
Alcoholics already have their god, it's Bacchus. Getting them to worship a different one shouldn't be that big a jump. The new one even also has wine-blood, just like the old one! C'mon, just give it a try!

You'd think we'd learn by now. Just let them die.

His genetically-determined neurochemistry making him vulnerable to addictions isn't his fault.
Engaging in his personal high-risk activities like consuming drugs ( alchool included ) is his fault.
