At the very least, considering their actions against the Christians in Lebanon, they seem more than eager to exterminate us.
Their actions in Lebanon against Christians? Have you forgotten what they're doing in the European world for the last century?
Obviously not, but although on one side they're being slightly sneaky cancerous parasites, on the other one they're being overtly murderous. One is just more blatant than the other, even for people not paying much attention.
That's just what they do if they hold all of the power and don't have to fear consequences.

Not really. They honestly believe that they're so awesome that what they're doing isn't horrible. That they're owed this for being so awesome. They believe that they are the only real humans, and everyone else is animals, literal shit golems, and slaves-to-be. They believe that they can command their god to do whatever they want to do, trick their god into believing that breaches of their religious laws aren't, and that anything they do or say or promise can be absolved temporally and eternally with a few words of non-apology.
