The guns were sold to the Mexican government. The problem here is the Mexican government's inability to keep its equipment out of cartel hands, not Israel's failure to micromanage a foreign police or military service.

Keep in mind that Epstein ordered 330 gallons of sulfuric acid to be delivered to his island the same day the FBI reopened their probe into his activities in 2018. Idk how many bodies that much sulfuric acid could dispose of, but it’s probably a lot more than a few.
