Cool but that's still wrong. If the constitution gives the president the authority to do X then it supersedes any legislation put forward. You cannot create legislation to restrict a power granted in the constitution.

Seeing that almost all the biggest supporters of the ruling were liberal women…so yet again more proof that women shouldn’t hold positions of power
