Now, realize that 2/3rds of bLack feMales with college degrees work for the federal government. Last three times I've had to call a federal agency, I got put on hold-- shitty nigger mumble rap for hold music-- only to have Shaquanta answer the phone with "who dis be, why you callin'?"
I'm convinced that most federal agencies are just adult daycare for blacks.
