I’m getting real frustrated with libtards spouting “freedom of the press” about this one. First off, just a month ago they were arguing Nick Shirley wasn’t really an investigative journalist because of reasons. Well Don Lemon is just a blogger these days. Further, freedom of the press is not the same as diplomatic immunity. If a reporter murders someone to write about it, guess what, they can still be tried for murder.
Nick Shirley went to check on buisnesses, most of which are fraudulent, but remained polite and he left when asked to if he was on private property.
Actual journalism.
Don Lemon explicitly refered to actions the group was doing including himself saying ''we'' and took part himself, repeating the ''activists'' talking point in loaded questions to churchgoers. That group stormed the church screaming at and berating people, interrupting the church celebration.
Those are actual violations of the FACE act. Slap-on hate-crime extras since they explicitly berated the churchgoers for being White.
Nick probably doesn't have a journalism license and approval from whatever boards regulate the industry and isn't even backed by any of the major media conglomerates

I know you are being facetious, but for those in the back, there is no such thing. Everyone is protected under the First Amendment for Freedom of Press. There is no test, requirement, or certification needed to be a journalist.
Yeah. Reminder to everyone that "freedom of the press" doesn't mean the freedom of a group referred to as "the press." It means everyone has the freedom to speak and to utilize the press. The literal printing press, meaning to fix speech in a recorded format and distribute it.
