As of now there is nothing that can be done to these judges right? Crazy because a bartender letting someone drive home drunk can get in trouble

Nothing legal.

The black robes declared themselves legally unaccountable to the likes of you and me more than a century ago, under the premise that if they weren't completely free to make bad decisions then they couldn't make bad decisions.

Oh and they're also a totally self selected class. Funny, huh.

Doesn’t surprise me. Although I could see a family member going after these judges. Also when they stand in front of God and have to explain why they allowed their “it’s racist to punish blacks” mindset to harm many people

I fear God's judgment more than man's. We all should.

A bartender earning minimum wage is somehow liable when a patron he saw for 10 minutes drink drives?

But a judge who released a rapist 40 times has no liability?

Who the hell cares about "legal" when this is how much the law turns against you?

When you're "legally" required to get on your knees and let niggers rape you to death because self defense is criminalized, like what they're trying to do to that poor bastard in Michigan? Are you going to "comply?"

That was the subtext yes.

Just replied to someone else with the same thing. It's happening so often now. If I weren't blackpilled I might hope something will be done by lawmakers to change this.

Lawmakers made this problem. Lawmakers won't fix it. Honestly, the community needs to. 100 people with guns outside the local jail house where this guy is being detained, DEMANDING he be released to them for street justice would 100% work.

People CAN win if they have courage but more importantly if they unite.

And it is time good people do that. Explain to the cops or whoever, strictly the child rapist can die today, or you can all die today with him. Give him to us so you can go home to your families. And make good on your threats.

These judges need to be named and shamed. Nothing will change until we make it change.

They need to be treated like bartenders who knowingly serve alcohol to people who are already shit faced.

I would go even further. They should be treated as accessories to the crime and do the same sentence as the offender. .

No, they need to be placed at the mercy of an angry mob quite frankly. The lack of accountability for their malicious behavior is untenable.

That would mean we'd have to put away the anime and vidya, and we all know that's not happening any time soon.

The entire school administration needs to be put in the yard and flogged.

This guy "posed as a doctor."

The judges are one issue but the people who ignorantly put him a position to do this need to have some skin removed from their backs.

"We have attempted to reduce all virtues to kindness. Plato rightly taught that virtue is one. You cannot be kind unless you have all the other virtues. If being cowardly, conceited, and slothful, you have never done a fellow creature great mischief, that is only because your neighbors welfare has not yet happened to conflict with your safety, your self approval, or ease. Every vice leads to cruelty. Even a good emotion, pity, if not controlled by charity and justice leads through anger to cruelty. Most atrocities are stimulated by accounts of the enemies atrocities and pity for the suppressed classes when separated from the moral law as a whole leads by a very natural process to the unremitting brutalities of a rein of terror."

-C.S Lewis

This is why the hammer needs to come down on low level crime. People who rape and murder usually have a long rap sheet. It's all random thefts and assaults until they decide to kidnap someone or push them off a subway platform.

In this case this was a convicted child molester? (didn't see the video) Second strike for touching a child should bury you under the prison. I know some people have said that might lead to molesters killing more children, but what's the alternative? Let them loose to molest more kids and eventually kill one when they feel like it?

Sadly, it's absolute immunity, not qualified. Qualified immunity, like with cops, means that they have to follow all laws and policies to be immune from civil liability. Judges, with absolute immunity, can break laws, rules and policies, and are still 100% immune from civil liability.
