As we know, there was a time when conservative, non-soy filled men felt some sort of kinship with Bill Burr. They felt like he was their working class voice when it came to women, relationships, calling things for what they are, being straight up. He seemed like a guy you'd know at your construction job. A salt of the earth ranter with a good sense of humor.
He was always lame with the white guilt stuff, but that was easy to overlook. It wasn't a huge part of his act. The vast majority of his jokes were about women, which sat really well with people like me in this feminist time.
Then the cracks showed more and more, and his selling out became worse and worse, to the point where all of his core prior audience sees him as a woke sellout. The same guy who would constantly talk about "the government is conspiring to cull people, and wants to reduce the global population" then goes around and shames people who don't get the glorious covid vaccine and calls them conspiracy nutjobs.
Well, not all was lost for Bill Burr, because in the past where MGTOW people held up his rants as their famous megaphone, enter the many leftist Youtube essayists harping praise upon this "new and improved" Bill Burr.
Things we see as pathetically weasely, and shameful, they spin as him "speaking truth to power" as if mocking white people and Conservatives is such a risqué thing to do.
I'd estimate this leftist embrace of Bill Burr as their version of the idealized "common sense leftist" who will speak bluntly the way most on the right speak lasted about.....a year?
I started noticing these leftists on Youtube praising Bill Burr as the "comedian with balls" who "speaks truth to power" about 3-4 months ago, but I'll assume this was something that was happening before I noticed it.
And now, the left is turning on Bill Burr because he's doing a comedy show in Saudi Arabia.....Whoops, turns out leftists don't make for a good audience ole Billy boy.
It took Conservatives years of deaths by a thousand cuts to finally get sick of Bill Burr.
The left throws you out over one "controversy" or event in an instant.
Maybe he might regret alienating the people with money and less of a fragile "loyalty".
The left doesn't like comedy. They watch "comedians" where people applaud their jokes, not laugh at the jokes. Applause is never what you want to hear in a comedy club. You'd rather have an audience that hates your guts but can't help but laugh because you're that dang funny, than an audience who heartily shows how much they approve of you and what you say.
He married an insufferable woke black feminist retard. Trey and Matt did the same thing. There’s no reality in which these dudes spend 24 hours a day with militant anti-white, anti-male cunts and don’t become the same thing themselves. If these men tried to maintain their dignity while cohabitating with black woken, all of their relationships would end overnight. And that would mean huge payouts to the wives.
Word on the street is Burr literally got cucked and his kid isn’t his.
Heard the same about the last part.
Yeah I don't understand why these guys do this at all. It's so bizarre to me. I wonder if there's some sort of "arranged marriage" ordained by Hollywood where it's like, "you either marry her, and stay with her, or you no longer get Comedy Central Specials, and we'll leak that blackmail on you and get your reputation ruined, because comedians tend to run in seedy circles and most probably have black-mailable things on them.
I think something similar happened to Will Smith. There's no way he'd stay with her unless there were consequences we're not privy to if he got divorced.
So, yeah, I guess I sort of buy a theory that these guys are being strong-armed into certain marriages, especially depending on your influence.
Bill Burr spoke too bluntly about feminism that resonated with people that were too afraid to verbalize those feelings.
Trey and Matt would attack any political ideology and expose it and would be taste changers in the culture, and it was worse because they seemed unbiased because they'd attack in any direction, which made people give even more credence to what they mocked and what it was mocked for. They couldn't be dismissed as "right wingers".
I wonder if guys with too much "edge" are presented that Faustian deal. They say, you want to keep enjoying the lavish Hollywood lifestyle and the addiction of fame, then marry this woman who is antithetical to everything you value as a free man. It's a conspiracy theory, but I can't imagine a good reason why Bill Burr who could get just about any woman he would want at his fame and income level, and despises feminism would go for an unattractive feminist other than coercion.
It might be the male version of the casting couch. Sure, men don't have to sleep with the producer to get the role, but it doesn't mean they get a free ride either.
Will Smith is one everybody knows.
He's gay. She's his beard.
"His beard is bald."
Thanks to Will Smith, that sentence actually makes sense.
Did they? South Park started in the Clinton Administration. Do you remember any episodes with spicy attacks on him? How about Obama? Biden?
Perhaps they became more leftist causes as time went on, but South Park did ridicule: climate change hysteria, activism to preserve the rainforests, HaaS and obesity, pedophiles, transgenderism, pot addicts, metrosexuals, etc.
I agree that they never went particularly hard against leftist politicians, but they did strike a good middle ground, in their heyday. There seemed to be a bit of a decline after season 16 or so, though. There were still the occasional time they struck gold, but basically nothing they've made in season 20 or afterwards felt like it hit the mark. It was obvious that Trump winning the first time really shocked them, and they never seemed to quite recover.
Didn't know they had DEI wives, though. Looking up pictures online, I can see plenty with Matt Stone beside a black woman, who he's apparently been dating since 2001 and married in 2008. Seems she was a "Comedy Central executive". For Trey Parker, I saw plenty of pictures with him beside an Asian chick, and holding a white girl, presumably his daughter, but it doesn't seem as clear as with Matt. He maried someone with the last name "Sugiyama" in 2006, divorced her in 2008, married a single mother with likely mixed heritage called "Boogie Tillmon" in 2014, had a daughter with her in 2013, divorced her in 2019, and now seems to be single.
Boogie? You sure it's not a joke from one of their episodes?
Brickleberry had its faults (mainly its overreliance on being edgy to the exclusion of pretty much everything else) but it was pretty ballsy of them to portray Obama as a serial sexual harasser of an obese lesbian.
Like Kash Patel and his Mossad wife? Yeah probably.
Considering what a faggot simp he is that's pretty much a given.
